Miguel is one of our end clients from Colombia. He and his family live in the suburbs of Columbia, and the signal at home was poor because the signal wasn't strong. And there is the problem of blocking the walls; the signal on the street is completely blocked. They usually had to leave the house to get a cell phone signal.

3. Confirm payment before production: We then discussed the payment method, PayPal or bank transfer (both accepted), after the customer confirmed that it was a bank transfer and the customer advised that DHL staff would come to pick up the item after production was completed (EXW item). According to the client's request, the seller immediately prepared the corresponding official invoice and sent it to the client.

The next day, after the client has paid the 50% deposit, our company's entire production line is completely ready to produce Alex's custom product, which is guaranteed to be produced within 15 days.

4. Track and update production information: During the production of customer goods in the production department, the salesman also inquires about the production situation of the production department every 2 days and monitors the entire process. When the production department encounters any production and delivery problems, such as material shortages, holidays, logistics and transportation time During the extension, the salesperson will communicate with superiors and solve the problems in a timely manner.

5. Packing and delivery: On the 14th day after paying the deposit, the seller informed that the production of the goods was completed, and the client paid the remaining 50% of the total amount on the second day. After paying the balance, after financial confirmation, the seller instructed the warehouse staff to pack the shipped goods.
